MEP Senior Engineer

SENIOR MEP PROJECT ENGINEER required by our Client, an construction company, to be hired on a full-time basis, located in Houston, TX

Duration: Permanent

PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS

Manage a team and organize the work to deliver on time and with quality.
Select and approve any Sub / consultant / peer reviewer for permanent works and temporary work.
Coordination with the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Communication, ITS, SCADA Controls.
Works closely with the Commissioning Manager to define all the specifications in advance and the associated test.
Ensure the full integration of the different discipline of the designer is done correctly.
Define all the temporary works they would require, and coordinate with Sr Methods Manager the detailed definition and design.
Integrate Quality and Safety in all the process of design.

 

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

10 years’ experience as an Engineer in MEP
10 years’ Tunnel Experience is required

Lead Process Engineer

LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER – MEG SYSTEMS required by our Client, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Mumbai, India.

Duration:         24 months

POSITION SCOPE

Lead Process Engineer reporting to Package Manager for detailed design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning  and support for commissioning/start-up for expansion of an existing onshore mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) purification/recovery plant in India comprising pre-treatment, re-concentration and reclamation sections. Includes removal and disposal of divalent and monovalent salts from dirty MEG after separation from well fluids. Design experience with regards to world class suppliers of MEG refining technology suppliers such as Schlumberger’s (formally known as Cameron), Aker’s, and others is preferred. TSO Interface Manager / Offshore Engineer

A TSO Interface Manager / Offshore Engineer is required to work for a renewable energy operator and assist with the delivery of offshore substation fabrication. This is a permanent position based in Belgium.

 

Responsibilities:

The Offshore Engineer ensure coordination and smooth development of the works by Company’s partner, observing at any moment the stipulations set in the Cooperation Service Agreement signed with them and surveillance of their works in order to make sure that the agreement is observed by them as well.
The Engineer will liaise with personnel at site in order to assure the smooth development of their works, acting as intermediaries between them and Project team or any other Company Contractor
The Engineer will provide advice on construction specifics and testing solutions / risk levels and commercial agreements

A Method Engineer is required to work for a leading operator, to be hired on a contract basis in London.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

– To define the construction methods;

– Participate in the phase development ;

– Compare different methods and have a critical analysis of the different solutions;

– To study the operating methods;

– Define the cadencies;

– Sizing the teams (human resources and equipment needed to carry out the work);

– Give the necessary directives to the designers in accordance with the results of the calculations and the methods of execution;

– Understand and manage the constraints specific to the project;

– Check and approve the plans and technical documents and methods;

– Apply and monitor the application of the provisions of the quality system.
